While in a boudoir session, where the client will be photographed in lingerie and potentially nude. While the photographer may need to make minor adjustments to hair or guide posing, any physical contact will be limited and professional. Please note, sexual activity is strictly prohibited during the session. If any inappropriate behaviour occurs, the photographer reserves the right to end the session immediately without refunding the deposit, and no future rescheduling will be offered.

The client must agree they are 18 years of age or older to participate in this boudoir session. An official government ID will be required on the session date.

I understand that the photographer will handle the images with the utmost confidentiality. My images will not be shared without my explicit consent.

A deposit of 50% of your selected package is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on the session day. Payment can be made via Etransfer to emilyquattrin@gmail.com - When sending payment please include your full name in the message box on the Etransfer page.

- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the session will result in a full refund of your deposit.

- Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the session will result in a return of half of your deposit. 

- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance of your session - please note: deposit will not be returned if rescheduled shoot is canceled.

- Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

The client grants the photographer permission to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

The photographer is not liable for any injuries sustained during the session or for any lost or damaged personal items.

All images are the property of the photographer. Clients receive personal use rights but may not sell or alter the images.

The final images will be provided after 3 weeks. Any additional edits requested after the final images are delivered will incur a fee of $50 per image.
